For the next in our series of breakfast workshops we are delighted to welcome Neil Laughton. A former Royal Marine Commando and Special Forces Officer turned entrepreneur, Neil will guide us through the importance of team work and why inspirational leadership is the linchpin of collaborative and successful working relationships.
Neil’s history is fascinating - after childhood illnesses and difficult school years, he went on to succeed in the military before leaving to start his own companies in the design, construction and office furniture industries. Those businesses built up a £40m turnover before being sold to a FTSE 100 company in 2011. Now Neil is a full-time business consultant, leadership coach and team trainer with countless glowing testimonies to his name. He’s also a passionate adventurer, and has led numerous expeditions on seven continents, including climbing Mount Everest with a 23-year-old Bear Grylls.

This is the latest in a series of workshops hosted by us at our central London offices. Previous sessions have focused on cyber security and mindfulness in business, with feedback from attendees being excellent.
