Mobile / Flexible Working

Fitzrovia I.T. Limited Hosted Desktop works on an iPhone, netbook and other physical devices. This provides a simple way of giving your workforce a mobile working solution

Multi-Language

When a user is added their first language can be selected and this will be associated with that user's profile to ensure all the Microsoft aspects of the desktop and Office suite are in the user's chosen language - irrespective of the device or location from which they are accessing their Hosted Desktop account.

Quick Deployment

New users as well as access to applications (such as Visio and Project) can be set up in seconds through the web based portal.-- For example, you have a user that requires Microsoft Project Professional and Microsoft Visio Standard. Simply login to the web based portal and add the user to the Project and Visio security groups and the next time the user logs in those applications are available in the user's START menu.

Contrast this with a purchase order for new software, obtaining quotations from different suppliers for the software, purchasing it, organising delivery, organising installation and then auditing the licenses and in future having to audit software assurance and upgrades.
