The experienced team here at Fitzrovia are used to taking over I.T. support contracts from an existing supplier and have a proven methodology for ensuring this goes smoothly.

Management and Support

We assign a Fitzrovia I.T. Manager to project manage the transition from your existing provider and to take ownership of your I.T. Support. We also assign a team of engineers to your account.

IT Health Check and Review

We carry out a comprehensive assessment of your current IT infrastructure, hardware and applications, gather passwords and service provider details and produce a report detailing essential and recommended improvements to your systems.

I.T. Intensive Care Programme

Once we have all the information and agreed changes, your existing agreement is terminated and we initiate our Intensive Care Programme which involves:

  • Distributing all contact details, emails, DDI’s and Blackberry numbers for the assigned team.
  • The assigned team spending a day on site for the change over, updating passwords, locking down your system from the previous provider and installing our remote support software on all servers and work stations.
  • Carrying out a follow up I.T. health check 14 days after taking over your support contract.

Strategic Meeting

In order to complete the intensive care programme we recommend a strategic review 40 days after your new contract begins, to ensure you are completely happy with our services and to discuss any additional requirements or recommendation based on our support so far.
